Dr Derek Frye, DC

Derek Frye is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic with a special emphasis in orthopedics. Dr. Frye has years of experience diagnosing and treating conditions involving the spine and joints. He has worked in a number of multi-disciplinary settings alongside physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and massage therapists. He has special interest in helping individuals who are experiencing acute or chronic pain and taking an integrative approach to enhance healing.

Dr. Yeshodra Sagar, MD

Dr. Sagar is Board certified in Family Medicine and has trained and practiced in  Family Medicine for 19 years. She graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in 2008.
She is specialized in chronic care management of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, hormonal disorders, weight loss and acute care of patients with complex ailments.

Dr. Sagar prioritizes listening to her patients with empathy and believes strongly in providing compassionate , value based , quality health care by treating her patients holistically.

Dr. Turya Nair, MD

Dr. Turya Nair, MD is a primary care physician with board certifications in both family medicine and integrative medicine. She is originally from New Jersey, where she also graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She then completed family medicine residency at Loma Linda University in southern California, a program focused on a "whole person care" approach to health and illness. Since moving to Dallas, she has worked in academic and county health settings, leading multidisciplinary teams to care for the full spectrum of primary care conditions and lecturing medical learners in integrative medicine, medical humanities and narrative medicine. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, making music, and pursuing a variety of creative hobbies.

Dr. Logan Mills, DC

Dr. Logan Mills attended Kentucky Wesleyan College and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. He has had the pleasure of serving patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for 10 years. Dr. Logan was inspired to become a Chiropractor after sustaining a concussion and neck injury while playing football in college. After three sleepless nights, pounding headaches and memory loss, he sought out Chiropractic treatment for the very first time. He explains his first adjustment as “having the lights turned on.” Instantly, he fell in love with the immediate pain relief offered by the treatment. Dr. Logan takes great pride in guiding his patients out of the fog of chronic pain and down a path of achieving active lifestyles and optimized performance. He is passionate about working with athletes, weightlifters and the weekend warriors that have placed stock in their health. Dr. Logan’s specialties include Diversified and Gonstead Technique, Myofascial Release, Cupping and strength training.

Kevin Epple, PA-C

Kevin Epple is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Kevin Epple is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He has years of experience and expertise in hormone replacement therapy. Specializing in both men’s and women’s hormones, Kevin has helped countless patients with low testosterone, thyroid issues, and more. Kevin also treats weight loss, heart disease, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing guitar, taking his boat out on the water, exercising, and cooking.

Amanda Paul, PA-C

Amanda attended Texas A&M University in College Station and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I received my Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
I am board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants. I am also a fellow of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants. I have been called to love God and love people; therefore, my aim is to serve my patients and provide empathetic quality medical care. I strive to ensure my patients have the best quality of life possible. My special interests are hormone therapy, weight loss and preventive medicine.
I am married to my wonderful husband of almost 15 years and we have a son as well as 2 fur babies. I love Jesus, my family, watching my son play baseball or Tae Kwon Do, and watching Fightin' Texas Aggie football!

Sahba Yazdani, PA-C

Sahba Yazdani earned her Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Texas in Dallas and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Philadelphia, PA. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. Sahba is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care in partnership with her patients. She is passionate about patient education and advocation. She is dedicated to providing care to patients from any ethnicity, race, age, and gender. Sahba specializes in conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and hypertension, as well as weight loss management, men and women’s hormonal care, and sleep medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, volunteering in community activities, and playing with her dog Casper.

Michelle Tucker-Jones, FNP-C

Michelle has been working in healthcare for over 30 years. She began her career as a Respiratory Therapist then became a Registered Nurse, and after that a Nurse Practitioner. Experiencing so many different facets of healthcare has given her a unique perspective and passion for her patients. Michelle’s compassion for her patients and willingness to think outside the box is the reason why so many have trusted her with their medical care. She sees each patient as an individual and works alongside them to achieve their unique goals. Michelle specializes in ADHD, women’s health, weight loss, as well as elderly care.

Faith and family are very important to Michelle. She enjoys staying engaged in Bible study and spending time with her two daughters and her extended family in East Texas.
